Order processing times

Orders are processed manually by Emma in the office between the hours of 10am to 3pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders received outside these times will only be acknowledged with your PayPal order summary and will be processed during the following working day. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there may be times of delay during staff holidays or unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness.

** Please note, the office will be closed between Wednesday April 29th and Friday May 15th for staff holiday. All orders placed during this time will be processed when the office reopens on Monday May 18th **
