Troubleshooting

If you’ve arrived here, it should mean that the port number entered in DesignaKnit’s Knitting Machine Setup exists on your computer, but there is some other problem.

Many problems are caused by older drivers being used by newer Windows updates. Please click here to check that the driver for your USB link or USB to serial converter is up to date.
